All You Need, Vital-All-In-One (Vital Greens)
Vital Greens, now named Vital All-In-One, was the first product developed under the Vital Brand. Australian naturopaths Stephen & Shane Sullivan first developed Vital All-In-One back in the year 2000 in response to seeing their patients take up to 20 tablets a day without seeing any benefits. They saw an opportunity to develop an all-in-one formula, delivered in a powder format that helped encourage better absorption.
The Vital Greens name has since evolved to Vital-All-In-One to highlight there’s more to the formula than just greens
The formula is an easily absorbed, carefully balanced powder blend of essential nutrients that have been extracted from natural dense vegetables and fruits plus the addition of probiotics, herbs, vitamins and minerals. Just two teaspoons daily of Vital All-In-One delivers 78 vital ingredients that are loaded with probiotics, prebiotics, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, essential fatty acids, fibre and a unique high alkalising pea protein. CREATINE is a tripeptide (protein made of 3 amino acids) that is found primarily in red meat and is made in your body. Vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian diets tend to be low in creatine.
Arginine, Glycine and Methionine are the 3 amino acids that combine to make this natural energy molecule.
Creatine is one of the most clinically researched ergogenic aids available. It has been shown repeatedly to help boost power, strength, speed and recovery.

Creatine may help with:
Increase Power
Increase strength
Supporting lean muscle
Enhsnced recovery

Creatine provides most of its benefit by helping to transport phosphate into the mitochondria of your cells in the form of phosphocreatine. This phosphocreatine supports ATP regeneration. Your body’s performance is limited by how quickly you can regenerate ATP. Therefore, because Creatine can support this process faster, you will perform and recover better.
In one 6-week study participants using Creatine gained 2kg of lean muscle mass more than the placebo-controlled group. Creatine is not only effective but safe also. It has been researched for over 200 years and clinical trials lasting up to 5 years show no adverse reactions.

Directions

Consume 3-5g of Creatine before and after exercise, mix with water however it will load better with carbs

Natural Gelatin is a versatile product that provides collagen protein with key amino acids for tissue building, repair and gut wellbeing. Made only from sustainably produced Australian bovine.
Gelatin is a pure protein source, derived from collagen, containing amino acids that contribute to the building and repair of tissues within the body, including the gut.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, found in skin, bones, muscles and connective tissue, and begins to degenerate in our mid 20s when we start to show the signs of aging. Gelatin is a form of collagen and naturally contains a large amount of beneficial amino acids that aren’t commonly consumed in the western diet, but support wellness from the inside out.
Our Natural Gelatin is sustainably sourced within Australia utilising only the best Australian grass fed bovine to produce the highest quality gelatin on the market.

Directions

Single serve: Add approx. 1 tbsp. (10 g) to your liquid of choice (tea, coffee, juice) hot or cold. If you prefer, ‘Bloom’ the gelatin prior to adding to your liquid.
To make a set gelatin: Use gelatin to make gummies and other treats.
220 Bloom count.
'Bloom' gelatin by adding approximately ¼ cup of gelatin (40 g) to ½ cup of water (1:2 ratio) and stir until an even texture is achieved.
Add bloomed gelatin to 250 mL of any hot liquid with your flavouring and stir until dissolved.
Pour into a mould and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
NOTE: Reduce the amount of gelatin for a softer set or increase for a firmer set.
MAKES: 5 L of set liquid.

Make the switch and get yourself a complete amino acid supplement designed to maximise muscle recovery and growth by minimising protein degradation.
Combining all 9 Essential Amino Acids (EAA’s), which includes your BCAA’s as well, alongside some essential co-factors, Amino Switch has been created to fulfil the needs of any athlete putting their muscle under stress or even the casual gym goer looking for greater recovery and less fatigue.
Utilising MAP (Master Amino Acid Profile) ratio technology, Amino Switch provides the optimal ratio of amino acids for human consumption, which means less wastage and greater anabolism (growth).
And if that isn’t already good enough, Amino Switch utilises iEAA and iBCAA’s, which are vegan sourced instantized amino acids designed to dissolve almost instantly.
Dairy Free Lactose Free Artificial Sweetener Free With added electrolytes, amino acids and vitamins, Amino Switch may help reduce fatigue, enhance recovery, regulate cortisol and improve performance.
Core Ingredients EAA’s
Research looking into optimising the net utilisation for oral amino acid consumption concluded that a MAP sequence when compared against a standardised dietary protein source (such as meat and whey), resulted in a 99% response to Anabolized Amino Acids, which is also known as Net Nitrogen Utilisation (NNU) and only 1% of Catabolised Amino Acids.
This means that 99% of amino acids consumed when in the MAP ratio are utilised for benefits including but not limited to muscle growth, as opposed to under 40% for all other food sources. Utilising a MAP sequence means you need less total amino acid consumption for the same anabolic effects of a significantly larger protein source.
L-Tyrosine
L-Tyrosine is a naturally occurring amino acid that is used in the brain as a precursor to the formation and release of adrenaline and dopamine and has been shown to enhance brain function when consumed acutely, resulting in greater focus and mood enhancement.
L-Citrulline
Following oral consumption, L-Citrulline avoids degradation in the stomach and is utilised to create higher levels of circulatory Arginine, which is responsible for increasing the ability of the body to create NO2 and increase peripheral blood flow.
This means more nutrients are being delivered into the muscle and similarly, more waste is being removed.
Schisandra Chinensis (10:1)
Schisandra is known as an adaptogen and has been used for many years for its benefits in enhancing performance, but also because of its apparent ability to reduce anxiety and stress through a reduction in cortisol as well as being anti-fatiguing.
