Blend11 is a gluten free, vegan bircher muesli mix that is low-carb, keto-friendly, low-FODMAP and super-nutritious! ‘The Ultimate Breakfast Booster’ for anyone wishing to support healthy, comfortable digestion & metabolism, it’s also IBS-friendly muesli and can be eaten at any time of day, not just breakfast time. Especially welcomed by coeliacs, those following keto diets, or the ‘Low FODMAP Diet‘ as part of their IBS management plan. Activate, eat & wait….(Best Poos Ever!) You have to experience it to believe it!!
Use the Blend to ‘feed your gut bugs’ – it’s been tested by some of Australia’s best gut researchers (CSIRO) & is well fermented by bowel microbes into the beneficial short chain fatty acid butyrate (just google ‘health benefits of butyrate’!) This superfood mix is 100% natural, diversely-fibrous, completely plant-derived, mostly organic (all except the almonds) goodness. Gluten-free health food never tasted better (you will never, ever want to go back to cereal or toast)! Just 1/3 of a cup daily is a good serving size for most adults – activate, eat & wait ;) Your gut will thank you!

Directions Seeds are easier to digest, gentler on the digestive tract and offer greater health benefits when soaked or activated overnight prior to eating.
Ratio for soaking is 1/2 cup of water : 1 cup of Blend11 (2 parts mix & 1 part water).
Dry mix will absorb the water.
This wet mix will keep for 3 days in the fridge.

Looking for a grain free, paleo bircher muesli? Blend13 (formally known as Neoblend) is the perfect balance of fruits, seeds and nuts. A fruitier, nuttier, 100% Paleo friendly version of our original breakfast booster ‘ Blend11 ′, with similar nutritional values. Suitable for people following a paleo diet, it has no preservatives, vegetable oil or added sugar on any of the dried fruit, no cheap fillers, just top quality ingredients. Blend13 is a functional food booster that can be added to smoothies, yoghurts, shakes, muesli or cereal.

Directions Blend13 must be activated or soaked overnight (same as Blend11, as per instructions) to ensure ease of digestion & maximum nutrient absorption.
For the strict Paleo, Blend13 goes beautifully with coconut yoghurt, or can be added into Paleo-friendly smoothies / shakes etc. No need to add fruit, it’s all there, which makes the blend almost tasty enough to eat just activated, with nothing else added!
For the regular user, Blend13 can be used in exactly the same way as Blend11 (balls, Bircher, bars, breakfast topper), remembering that there’s already some fruit so not to go overboard with added sweetness.
